In addition, Berkshire's holdings of five Japanese stocks, as reported in filings in that country, are also listed.
Berkshire asked for, and received, the SEC's permission to temporarily withhold data on some stock holdings as of September 30, 2023.

- Bank of America, which is as of August 30, 2024
- BYD, which is as of July 16, 2024
- Itochu, Marubeni, Mitsubishi, Mitsui, and Sumitomo, which are as of June 12, 2023. Tokyo Stock Exchange prices are converted to U.S. dollars from Japanese yen. Mitsubishi shares are adjusted for a 3-for-1 stock split on January 1, 2024.
