@Xfinity I’ve had so many outages in my area that it has truly become ridiculous. The service provided has made having a home office virtually impossible. In the past two weeks there has been roughly 7-10 outages. Some for days at a time. As I type, guess what I’m experiencing?

@SiebeforORD1 @Xfinity If you haven’t had service for 90 days, you can get Internet Essentials. Of course, you also have to go without service for three months, which is extremely difficult

Companies like @ATT @Comcast provide no proof but instead speculate "oh your identity was stolen" and then make you prove that you are you but Juanita Bates Johnson Pope owner of service address 449 W 118th Chicago was a Comcast employee @comcastcares. So go speculate on that!

@Xfinity Instead of helping it's loyal customers during hard times, Comcast chooses to raise rates. Just received an email notifying me of a $3 monthly increase for internet service. I may be switching to VERIZON.
